Debt Review otherwise known as Debt Counselling or Debt Consolidation is a NCR Regulated program created through the National Credit Act that legally assists over-indebted consumers to become debt free whereby a Debt Counsellor will assess the consumers' financial circumstance and proceed to restructure debts through a payment plan (proposal) which will benefit both the consumer and credit provider, taking into consideration both essential living expenses and debt obligations of the consumer.

After 5 working days of application for Debt Review, all credit providers will issue Certificate of Balances reflecting all outstanding balances, monthly instalments, service fees charged by each credit provider, interest rates on all accounts and credit life insurance listed, this information is then entered into our systems which will automatically generate a term on each account when we draft a payment proposal.
