I have basic illustration skills. I would not take on a high-level illustration project (such as a picture book), but I can draw and I am comfortable creating vector images, instructional stuff, etc.
I can certainly help with setting up a website (finding a template, working with you to structure it, writing content, etc.) but I do not know html or any other programming language, so I could only work within the limitations of templates.
Unfortunately, I cannot work on spec or for free. I bill only 50% of my rate for charitable organisations.
