I specialise in Professional Counselling and Coaching. Sessions are conducted online or in person in the comfort of your home. During therapy, I utilise NLP Techniques in combination with Coaching and Counselling. Furthermore, I help my clients develop the skills they need to deal with life as it is.

OPERATIONAL NOTICE:
Sundays and Public Holidays by arrangement Note: Due to limited time slots, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled session. This applies to the 1st free session as well. It gives us the opportunity to fill the time slot. You may cancel by phone or email. If you have to cancel your session, we offer you a refund if the cancellation is done 48 hours prior to the session. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will forfeit the payment for the session and or will be billed for the session. If you do not cancel 48 hours prior to the free session, you will forfeit the session and will be billed for your 1st session.
