Tegan Be Yoga offers Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher training in South Africa and for international students. The 200 and 300 hour is 100% online and all sessions are recorded should you not be able to attend certain lectures or classes. Begin your yoga journey, or deepen your existing practice. Be Yoga.
