We are a purely online or digital store and we do not have a physical store or shop.

We use courier services to deliver to your door. In some instances our partners deliver on our behalf. We will inform you in advance.

The norm is 1-5 working days for standard and ready made goods. However we do strive to deliver as soon as possible (very next day). For custom made goods it may take 3 - 7 working days to manufacture your and deliver your order. Gifts will be delivered on the same day if the order and payment is received before 9.30am or the very next working day. We do not operate over weekends and public holiday.
