Despite the name Cuppy Cake Central this baker creates does way more than just gorgeous cupcakes! Baker Rukshana Parker would rather be making cupcakes than running marathons and I guess all her time in the kitchen has paid off because her creations are divine!

Cake enthusiast Rukshana Rawoot is the new kid in the baking circle but already making strides. Her creativity combined with her yummy tasting goodies assures me she will be creating many a masterpiece in future.
