7. Cuppy Cake Central

Despite the name Cuppy Cake Central this baker creates does way more than just gorgeous cupcakes! Baker Rukshana Parker would rather be making cupcakes than running marathons and I guess all her time in the kitchen has paid off because her creations are divine!
