We all need to take some personal time off and just spend time alone in bed relaxing and enjoying those guilty pleasures that come along with an overextended stay in bed. Avoiding work or drama or simply taking your rest day from the gym, we all eventually find a way to sleep late some time or other, no matter how motivated you may be.
