The Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Mexico was worth 1852.72 billion US dollars in 2024, according to official data from the World Bank, making it a major economic player on the world stage. The GDP value of Mexico represents 1.75% of the world economy. When measured in purchasing power parity terms, the numbers become even more impressive. The structure of Mexico's economy reflects its diversification and modernization. Mexico's GDP grew only 0.9% year over year in fourth quarter 2024, after expanding 2.4% in 2023 and 4.6% in 2022, indicating a slowdown that economists are closely monitoring.
