How to decide to go to therapy

Battling with a mental illness is confusing. One day, you feel like you are healing; the other day, you feel like your situation has gone from bad to worse. In such a situation, it is quite common to feel lonely because, let's be real, the mess inside your mind is difficult to express even to the people closest to you.

Positivity of Therapy
